ApplyBoard is on a mission to educate the world. They currently have a robust platform that helps students getting into the best international post secondary institutions. They connect schools, students and recruitment partners all over the world.
ApplyBoard is now growing into the k to 12 market. To help drive more k to 12 opportunities ApplyBoard will need to connect their students to superior quality accredited high school diplomas. This will help to grow two sides of the ApplyBoard business.

Opportunity 1
ApplyBoard can leverage its extensive network and promote OVS to its recruitment partners globally.
ApplyBoard will earn a commission for each student enrolled.
Opportunity 2
All OVS students can be onboarded to the ApplyBoard platform and go through the ApplyBoard process to enter post secondary institutions.
OVS will earn a commission for each student enrolled to a post secondary through its platform. OVS currently is on pace to have 15 000 students in 2022
Opportunity 3
ApplyBoard becomes the exclusive post secondary connecting platform for OVS and OVS becomes the exclusive Canadian Virtual Asynchronous Student Success Model partner.

Founded in 2010, Ontario Virtual School is an online school offering Ontario Ministry of Education inspected high school credits and diplomas (BSID:665804) with a self paced, flexible model that allows students to finish courses in as little as 4 weeks or as long as 12 months. We believe there is a massive amount of untapped brilliance across the planet, and we are 100% focused on providing more academic access to unlock it.
